  • Full-time college student at accredited university, in a full-time degree-granting program

- Things to Know About Our Internships -

We are flexible with your schedule.

Our internship experience includes part-time and full-time placements. Morrison values education and wants to work around the school schedule you have so you can complete your degree AND get real-world experience. We are 100% flexible with class schedules because school always comes first to us while you are pursuing your degree.

You'll work on real projects.

There's no getting coffee around here, unless it's for yourself at our coffee bar. Our interns are expected to assist departments with REAL projects and gain REAL experience. You will learn how to do things in your respective field and gain a portfolio or work to showcase to future employers.

No prior experience is required.

While prior experience can be valuable, it is not required. We understand that internships are where you get your start. We're proud to be the first place of experience for most of our interns!

We pay our interns a real, market-value wage.

No one should work for free. You're performing real jobs that impact our company, and you'll be compensated accordingly.

Our interns are embedded in our culture.

As an intern, you'll get to enjoy all the same recreational benefits our current employees do. You'll be a true part of our team and we expect our interns to immerse themselves in our corporate culture.

You'll grow, learn, and gain professional experience...in person!

Our company is rapidly growing and many of our interns find a permanent home with us after graduation. Working on projects in your field is one thing, but we make sure our interns learn how to interact in a professional atmosphere and make connections that last a lifetime. You'll be paired with a mentor that will help guide your experience and enable you to ask any question, big or small. Our internships are all in person so you can gain that hands-on experience every day.

We offer year-round placements.

This program is suited for students that need an internship any semester. We do not have a deadline because we always accept interns. Join us for the summer, fall, spring, or the entire year. You'll select based on interest in your application.

Marketing Intern

Summer 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021

"Working at Morrison taught me so much about marketing and how it impacts a B2B business. Being able to stay in the company for more than a year allowed me to learn more than I could've hoped, work on real projects, and see how marketing has a true impact on an organization. I wasn't just an intern, I felt like an employee making an impact. Now I'm a full-time marketing associate!"

Mechanical Engineering Intern

Summer 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021

"Morrison provided a real-life job experience during my internship. I was treated and taught as though I was a new hire engineer - not an intern. I learned very practical skills that could be used in any field in my future and was able to develop professionally. I feel that the Support Built In® mentality is not only given to customers but to employees as well."

Electrical Engineering Intern

Summer 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021

"I got to come in and work directly on the COVID-19 test kit system project. By the end of the 31 machines, I was building my own panels and directing members of the team. It was insane how much I got to just jump in and actually have an impact on our customers and the machines we deliver. I really expanded my skillsets quickly and I'm proud to say I earned a job after graduation. One piece of advice I would give to is to seek an internship because you never know what networking may come of it."
