Three Standard Systems Offered
We offer three standard product lane dividers that can run round, oval, or square containers.
Standard Divider
The Morrison Standard 1:2 Product Lane Divider is a system that divides one lane of product into two for downstream equipment. This is a simple solution when needing to move product from one to two lanes.
Swing Gate Divider
The Morrison Swing Gate Product Lane Divider is a dynamic system that divide product into up to 6 lanes utilizing a swing gate and timing screw to distribute product evenly between lanes. It is servo controlled and gives flexibility to bypass lanes.
Pneumatic Divider
This is the perfect option when you are running stable containers and have line conditions where one lane downstream will go down. This system will automatically divert all product to a single lane without stopping the line.
